Linde Material Handling
utilizes “Pathfinder” and “Truck
Expert” software to assist in the diagnosis of problems and
to set truck user parameters. The software is used on both
electric and internal combustion trucks. Our factory-trained
techs utilize this technology on a daily basis.

PLANNED
MAINTENANCE
Our planned maintenance program is comprehensive and
all pm services are performed by trained service techs. Count
on us to keep you up and running and that’s not only for lift
trucks – we
offer PM’s for personnel vehicles, sweepers, scrubbers, attachments
and more.
Let our service department perform a free on-site evaluation
of your equipment and prepare an estimate for planned maintenance.
Choose
from two platforms – Planned Maintenance and Full
Maintenance
PM – This is a planned maintenance program with up to 65
checkpoints to help keep your equipment running in peak performance. We
take care of scheduling maintenance through a computer program,
based on your trucks hourly usage.
FM – For one fixed monthly rate, all maintenance
and repairs are covered. This allows you to budget lift
truck maintenance expenses while knowing that your trucks will
be kept in top condition for maximum up time.
FLEET MANAGEMENT
Matthai
Material Handling Fleet Management group is committed to helping
you manage your lift truck fleet so you can focus on your core
business. We work closely with our customers
to develop a short and long term strategy to reduce your maintenance
costs. Each customers maintenance history is tracked by our
data processing department to provide valuable fleet information.
