Current Positions: Service Technician
Sales Representative
Service Technician Qualifications:
- Experience repairing, troubleshooting, diagnosing and servicing lp gas, diesel and electric forklifts – all makes and models
- Must be adaptable to changing duties
- Must possess strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be neat and organized
- Must be dependable, and punctual
Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing & servicing customer equipment either at the customer location or our shop
- Documenting all necessary information on time cards and work orders
Sales Representative
We are currently looking for outside sales reps. who will be responsible for:
- Identify customer's needs through research.
- Increasing sales of forklifts and parts and service for same by calling on existing and potential accounts.
- Cold calling potential customers and scheduling on-site visits.
- Maintaining a schedule of sales calls weekly. Maintaining contact with existing customers and aggressively seeking new accounts.
- Conducting lift truck demonstrations and sales presentations to customers.
- Resolving customer complaints and problems in a timely manner and maintaining good customer relations to build customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Must have good communications skills to put to work w/ customers and fellow employees.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must generate and maintain all paperwork for quotes/sales/demos, etc. and follow through the sales process.
- Must be a self-starter who will aggressively and passionately go after new business and have a deep interest in maintaining excellent customer relations.
- 90% of time is to be spent "on the road" and in front of the customer.
- All travel is local.
